Tim Ortiz is the current owner and Broker of Home Financial. He has over 15 years experience in real estate lending. In addition to lending, he has been involved in a number of real estate projects from residential construction to real estate development. Tim has a degree in accounting and a Masters degree in Business.
Phil Magistro has been with Home Financial since early 2006 and has a sound understanding of mortgage loan origination and processing. He is certified as a General Mortgage Associate (GMA) by the National Assocation of Mortgage Brokers. Phil has a degree in Political Science and is studying personal financial planning at the graduate level. He is also fluent in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. |

Rick Russell is the founder of Home Financial and is currently involved on a consulting and administrative basis. He has been involved in the lending industry since 1982. Rick started Home Financial of the Rockies in 1996. He has a degree in Political Science and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
